How to access the exhibition in public transport?

 

Car : From 2 minutes from Villeneuve motorway exit

 

Public transport :

 

Bus 111 or 201 : From Villeneuve station. Get off at the stop Villeneuve,
Pré des Fourches. Walk 550m.

What are the opening hours of the exhibition?

 

From December 14, 2019 to April 26, 2020.

 

Every day from 10:00 to 18:00. Last admission at 16:30

 

 

 

When can I come with my class?

 

Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 6PM (last admission at 16:30), excluding school holidays.

 

During the weekend, the “School” rate is not available. However, classes are admitted at the group rate (from 11 people)

 

 

 

 

 

– Conditions & Prices for School Visits

 

 

 

What are the conditions for obtaining the “School” fare?

 

– Students are 1 to 16 years old.

 

– From 10 students (1 accompanying adult free every 10 tickets purchased)

 

– Visit the exhibition from Monday to Friday.

 

– Be a school, extracurricular, nursery, recognized by the state and the municipalities (a proof can be requested at the entrance of the exhibition).

 

– Reserve in advance.

 

 

 

What are the opening hours of the exhibition?

 

– Buy an additional ticket on site.

 

 

 

Three children are sick and will not come to the exhibition.

 

– Tickets are unfortunately neither refunded nor exchanged.

 

 

 

I come with my class, how much does it cost us?

 

  • Schoolboy: CHF 6.- per child. (Children from 1 to 4 years old are also paying!)
  • Accompanying: 1 accompanying person offered for 10 paying school bills
  • Additional companions: CHF 12.- per pers. (Monday Friday)

 

 

 

We are a school structure and will come with less than 10 children. Can I benefit from the school rate?

 

Yes. Proof may be required when checking the tickets, in order to validate the rate

 

 

 

How many people can my group be formed?

 

If you come to several classes, it is wise to make groups (about 20) to facilitate access to the cloakroom and the entrance of the exhibition.

 

 

 

Is there a cloakroom?

 

Yes, a free changing room is specially designed for school groups of more than 10 students.

 

 

 

Booking procedure and payment of tickets

 

  • Your reservation by internet, using the form at least 2 days before your visit.

 

  • Payment on the spot. (Credit Cards accepted except Postcard)

How long does it take to visit the exhibition?

 

It takes 1H30 of visit on average.

 

 

 

Is there a maximum time to visit?

 

No, the indoor exhibition time is unlimited, during the opening hours of the exhibition (between 10am and 6pm).

 

 

 

Can I enter the exhibition, come out and enter again?

 

Yes, mandatory exit stamp (valid for 1 day).

 

 

 

– Cafeteria / catering / shop

 

 

 

Is there a cafeteria at the exhibition?

 

Yes, in the exhibition area of the exhibition. It is served drinks and snacks (Panini, Croque-Monsieur, Granita, Ice cream, Candy, etc.).

 

 

 

Is the picnic allowed?

 

Yes, the picnic is allowed. Places to picnic are available at the exhibition. Follow indication.
If you wish, the park team can prepare a surprise snack for the classes.
